On selected dates, the Grinch travels house-to-house within your area, spreading festive fun, cheeky mischief, and magical moments your little ones will never forget.
Please note: Doorstep Visits are scheduled as part of a route, so while we’ll confirm the day of your visit, specific times cannot be guaranteed.
If you require a specific time or would like a longer visit, please see our Private Meet & Greet package instead.

Terms & Conditions for Doorstep Visits
Visit Times

Doorstep visit times can take place anytime between 8:00am and 8:00pm on your scheduled date.

We kindly ask that you are available for the full day, as we provide approximate time frames only.

These time frames may change due to several factors, including:

The route we take based on all bookings

Traffic conditions
-
The length of each visit (we never rush to ensure every family enjoys the full experience)

You will receive:

A message 3-5 days before your visit with an estimated time frame for your visit.

Refund Policy

All bookings are non-refundable once a ticket has been purchased.

Please ensure you are available on the scheduled date, as your place is secured exclusively for you and non refundable..

In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your booking — for example, if the minimum number of visits in your area is not reached — you will receive a full refund.
Minimum Booking Requirement

We require at least two home visits within your area for the Grinch to visit your location.
-
If this minimum is not met and we cannot run the route, your booking will be fully refunded.
