Visit Times

• Doorstep visit times can take place anytime between 8:00am and 8:00pm on your scheduled date.

• We kindly ask that you are available for the full day, as we provide approximate time frames only.

• These time frames may change due to several factors, including:

  • The route we take based on all bookings

  • Traffic conditions

  • The length of each visit (we never rush to ensure every family enjoys the full experience)

• You will receive:

  • A message 3-5 days before your visit with an estimated time frame for your visit.

Refund Policy

• All bookings are non-refundable once a ticket has been purchased.

• Please ensure you are available on the scheduled date, as your place is secured exclusively for you and non refundable..

• In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your booking — for example, if the minimum number of visits in your area is not reached — you will receive a full refund.

Minimum Booking Requirement

• We require at least two home visits within your area for the Grinch to visit your location.

• If this minimum is not met and we cannot run the route, your booking will be fully refunded.
